I currently host with Dreamhost, while not without their problems, they seem to resolve them quickly and offer a good package for a reasonable price. If you use the discount code MIKEABUNDO you should even save $97 off your first year.

i actually use a local host provider in NC, but i am sure you can look at what they offer. they are some really nice guys. have not met them personally, but they have helped me out with web storage and bandwidth – best thing that i know of, they have given me more than enough and not for more than $100 a year.

P.S. i do have to admit the Jomilla looks like Mattbrett … but it looks like everything is shaping up to take on a character of it’s own. is this an original idea you came up with? or are you using an available theme and them modifying it from there?

Im actually writing it all myself step by step, but I did steal some headers snd stuff as place holders, of course I re-designed them real quick not to offend anyone.
Might of been easier if matt just gave me his award winning theme, lol. anyway, I just really liked his one-post, recent entries, 3 coulmn home page design. Once i get time to design some new headers and stuff it wont seem as similar.
As far as hosting goes, Im mainly hearding good things about asmallorange and media temple(which is also causing some complaints).
Just the mysql sucks on my current host, which i get prettymuch unlimited everything for 10$/month.

JoMilla – I did not have to pay the set up fee. I am not sure if they even charge that fee. I have referred several other ppl their and they have not mentioned any concerns.
As far as the bandwidth, yeah I see what you mean. Pretty funny stuff, I am sure that is a typo – I am sure it is to read 10 GIGS, or maybe 100 GIGS. I have had no problems though and I am sure if I needed more bandwidth, I could get it at zero to no cost. They have done this with some allocation of web space for a website I use for my clients to obtain their site files.
Promo code, yeah there is one. Just tell them “cre8tive” referred you. They have been really good form my experience over the last year.
I will notify them about the 10,000 gigs and have them to clarify that one …

looks like they have taken note of the bandwidth typo and have actually updated the setup fee to be FREE. I just sent them a quick email and gave them this link to the WP Forum .. looks like they listen very well.
