partial translation

hi guys
I’m using the oxygen theme for wordpress in French. Despite having installed the po files for translation, my blog appears only partially translated.

For example, things such as “Leave a reply” are not translated, whereas the dates are.

What’s the manipulation to do to have a correct (e.g. full) translation for this theme?
