I too have same problem. I also tried with deactivating all plugins and installing one by one. But no luck yet. Destination input area is still blank.
WP: 3.9.2
Pipes: 1.17

Do you guys happen to use Custom Fields in your posts?
Actually it’s the first time we see such behavior too, but when analyzing it we think it could happen because Pipes couldn’t load all the Custom Fields being used in each post.

It Happens to me also…destination not showing ..i tested with all feeds.iam using latest wordpress and latest wp pipes plugin and even i manually tested with default rss

Could you tell me which WordPress theme you are currently using? A slow performance and too many Custom Fields for posts created by a theme could have made Pipes unable to load all Destination Inputs.
Anyway, we are going to put another option to let users decide if they want to load post custom fields as Pipes Destination Inputs or not, to prevent this problem in the future.
