reply-to field in CF7?

CF7 takes a ‘from’ address. Is it possible to specify a ‘reply-to- address? Our form won’t send mail and our IT guy says, “You need to set the “from” to a company address, and set “reply to” to the address the customer typed in the form.” Am I correct that the ‘from’ address can just be typed in, eg: wordpress@company.com? So the question is how do I create a reply-top field? Thanks!
