not saving changues

I have the next problem, everytime i save the settings like hour, agent and default text for online and offline mode, only works in tha browser where im working, then in other browsers like chrome and safaria, isn’t working, gives me offline mode by deafult, of course i saved “Always Online”.
The i check on Livelu settings and it ask me all dates again, like mail and name of agent, that happen all the time.
