How to create a database table and access it??

    Hello Everyone,
    I want to create a some forms like user registration, personal info and many more.I want to save it on database and want to retrieve and show data on other pages using MySQL queries.
    Is anyone here,who can guide me how to create custom database table in WordPress or is there free or paid plugin available to accomplished this task.
