Looking for guided q&a

    I have looked all over but can’t find a plugin that will do what I want. Hopefully it exists.

    I am looking for a plugin that will ask a series of questions, either all at once or a single question per screen ultimately leading to a preprogrammed answer.

    Ex. What county are you in?
    What infraction did you commit?
    Are you a CDL?
    Depending on the answers to these questions and explanation and price appear.
