May be you enter wrong Facebook app id.
For you get Facebook app id check here
And if you are not able to create app id then don’t fill app id filed in widget setting, leave it empty. Just enter your Facebook page url and save, it will be work.

Found it — sorry. When I try to save without an ID the widget automatically puts in this ID 488390501239538 — and it still does not show up — at least with Chrome and IE.

Finally I got it working by putting the https:// URL into the ID area. Thank you.
I am having a similar issue. Plug in works fine when using the WebLizar credentials – but as soon as I change the URL and the APP ID, it disappears. Showed yesterday… not today. Confirmed the information and it’s all correct.

Try to deactivate and again activate it and then set your facebook credentials into your facebook widget settings.

I have done that – deactivated and reactivated it… along with uninstalling and re-installing… still not working correctly.
Could it be that I am using Headway?
There are two areas to enter the information – one within the widget itself and one in the WP menu – I’ve done it that both match…
Oddly, it worked yesterday and then I moved the widget and now it doesn’t work at all.

PHEW! Got it to work… renamed the business page in Facebook made the difference… 🙂
