    Hi crosswire,
    To enable moderate question before publish, please go to your Dashboard > DWQA > Settings > General then check on Review Question setting.
    About some front-end elements of question and answer, we do not have a setting to hide its, you can copy from “<plugins-directory>/dw-question-answer/inc/templates/default/content-question.php” into “<your-theme-directory>/dwqa-templates/content-question.php” to add or remove element of quesiton or answer.
