Image upload issue on different network

    Hi there,

    I have a clean install WP, no plugins, simply out of the box installation and all updates applied.

    I have encountered a image upload problem on different network. I can upload a image (2MB) on one network (say Broadband ISP A) but I can’t upload the same image to Broadband ISP B. It is so weird that I can upload a very large PDF (35MB) on both ISPs.

    I am sure that there’s no restriction of firewall where my WP hosting becuase it is my testing CentOS server sitting next to me with real IP address.

    Any Idea? Many THX
