Thanks for reaching out to us! Can you tell me if it still reads “Processing”? Related Content could take up to 24 hours to process.
Also, in order for you to get Analytics working, you will need to verify your site. From your Site Tools page on Shareaholic.com, there’s a blue button that reads “Verify Site.” Once you’ve successfully verified your site, you’ll be able to view your social analytics by clicking on the “Analytics” button.

I see. The related post is “Ready” now. But it still has some issues.
1. It shows “Home” page most of time.
2. I set featured image, but it does not show up on thumbnail container.
3. The number of posts show randomly. Sometimes 1, somtimes 3, sometimes nothing even though it must have same categories and tags.
Are there any way to control it? Thanks.

Thanks for the information! There’s a feature to exclude pages that you don’t want to appear as a recommendation. Go into your App Manager, click on the Edit Related Content Settings, enter the URLs you want to exclude in the field, and save settings. Let me know if you need assistance with this. Also, do you mind sending me the URL to your website so I can take a look? So it’s not public, you can send it directly to my e-mail address at maryanne@shareaholic.com.

Thsnks for reply. I already did what you explained. And I found some more problems for my website.
1. It usually shows similar related contents, but not various contents. When I used other one, it showed various ones.
2. The thumbnail is too big.
Currently, I decided to use only social icons. I will try your plugin when it is updated with big changes. I appreciate your support. Good day 🙂
It’s sad as I prefer your plugin. Lightweight with 3 functions. Hope you would upgrade it soon.

Thanks for the information and feedback! Have you tried refreshing your recommendations? We have a simple guide on how to do this. It basically performs a re-crawl of your website in the event there were changes made that needed refreshing, including images, URL changes, etc. Here’s instructions on how to do this:

As for the the thumbnails appearing too big, that would be a feature request I’ll have my team look into for future updates. We’d love to give our users a lot more customizing options. 🙂
