Pagination not working

I am using Search and Filter Ver.1.2.5, made some modification to the short code, I am using a AND OR feature on my site and for the most part works great.

One issue I am having that I cannot seem to resolve is I can’t seem to get the pagination to work.

Currently the plugin is used for multiple categories + Tag option/combination.
The first page of results are displayed in the correct manner, but when I click on the 2nd page I get 404 page not found.

If anyone has some advice, or could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it, thanks
