right widget area

    Is there somewhere to change the width of the widget area(the one that shows on the right) and also at the moment it shows everywhere except home page. Is there something I should be checking to make it show on the home page also?

    The sidebar width a pre-defined by the parent theme but these can be adjusted by adding custom css via a plugin like Jetpack.

    Could I have a link to the site so that I can take a look at it for you?
