Thank you for your post.
I believe the CSS of the plugin is then not loading correctly.
Can you check your browser’s console to see if it isn’t?
Also, can you provide a link to the post/page with the slideshow on it?
I look forward to your response.

Here’s the link: http://www.amprecordsco.com/active-ink-2/
If the CSS isn’t loading properly how can I fix this?
Thanks!
Thank you for your response.
I looked at that link and the page never actually finishes loading.
There are also loads of Javascript errors which will need to be fixed in order for everything to work correctly on the site: http://goo.gl/OOSEY6
A Javascript error usually terminates the execution of other scripts on the page.
Hello.
I have the same problem, thumbnails are appearing vertically not horizontally in the thumbnail section (http://www.polajnararhitekti.si/grasic-fitness/). Did you fix it? How?
Thx
@bbigk
I’m unable to load this link: http://www.polajnararhitekti.si/grasic-fitness/
Is it the correct link?
Hello.
Could you try again I had some problems with the server.
Thnx
Thank you for your response.
Please open the slideshow-gallery/views/default/css.php file
Then remove the CSS width attribute from #slidergallery...
Like this: http://goo.gl/wZiKYp
Let me know if that helps.
Hello.
Yes, that did the trick. What do I change in css file?
Thx
Thank you for your response.
Great, I’m glad to hear that resolved the problem.
You just make that change to the CSS file, that’s all.
Hello, it’s me again. I just update it to latest (1.4.8) version. And now this trick doesn’t fix it.
Any other solution for this problem?
@bbigk
We have had other complaints regarding it and we will release an update hopefully today still with a resolution for this.
Thank you for your patience in the matter.
I’ve just updated to version 1.5, but problem persists.
@bbigk
Under Slideshow > Configuration, have you left empty the width of the thumbnail dimensions, just specifying a height? If that’s the case, it will be the cause of the problem. Rather will in the width and leave the height empty, please.
Ok, that was it! Thank you!
