Vanishing footer image

Hello again Anders,

When I navigate to another page my footer image vanishes.

For instance…it is on the main page here:
http://www.fantasyislandecoresort.com/blog/

But not here:
http://www.fantasyislandecoresort.com/blog/uncategorized/hello-world/

How do I insure it will appear on every page?
