Woocommerce – Max Variations allowed per product?

Does anyone know if there is a maximum amount of variations allowed per product. I tried uploading 11,277 variations and in the end it froze. (I am using the CSV Import Suite) So I tried breaking it up into 4 chunks of about 3,000. They all go fine until the last, it freezes on the very last one. It’s like it hangs right before it finishes.

Thinking it might be that last file I uploaded it first and it went fine. My only conclusion is there is a set amount of variations that can be added? What else could it be?
