Upgrade Plug in Today

Update for All in One was attempted today. Updated site went in to maintenance mode and locked.
Next deleted maintenance file- site was backup BUT
All in One Plug is gone from dashboard but does show up in FTP File manager.
How do I correct and are my blacklisted IP’s lost?
