How to change "Recent Posts" text?

I am trying to change the text that says “Recent Posts” on the home page, but I can’t seem to find it in any of the theme files. I even did a full back-up of my blog, and searched for this text in all of the files, but couldn’t find the right file anywhere. Could someone please point me in the right direction?
