I purchased the PRO version earlier this week and I did not cancel my purchase or subscription nor did I request a refund for my purchase of Minamize Pro. Several days ago, after purchase and install, I opened a support ticket for some issues I was having. Rather than work to solve my issues – your support staff made a unilateral decision to cancel and process a refund. All without consultation with me and because they closed the ticket and cancelled my purchase, I can no longer communicate there.
Would be really nice to have an answer.
