    @cblair7 – There could be a conflict with another plugin although that generally stops most functionality from working that you are not having issues with. The other initial idea would be a possible corrupted file in the NextGEN Gallery installation.

    You may just need to manually re-install the plugin via FTP over-writing all of the existing files and folders under /nextgen-gallery/

    Hi Cais,
    Yes, I de-activated the plug-in, then following the steps on the NextGen site, I downloaded and un-zipped the most recent beta (12) I think it was, that I found a link for. Using FTP I overwrote all the files from the first install. I successfully “rolled back” the version, but I still have the exact same issue: a blank “Other Options” page in the admin.

    I was thinking of purchasing the NextGen Plus version, but I suspect I will have the same problem – no access to the lightboxes, etc under options (which is what I’d really want to implement!)
    I’m suspecting a conflict with my theme (Flare) using some similar lightboxes?
    Any suggestions?

    @cblair7 – Please send us a Bug Report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) with your site specifics. I believe you may need to use our external Reset Tool plugin to correct this issue.

    Also to note, the latest version from the WordPress plugin repository (here) is the most current and a fresh copy of it should be used to manually re-install NextGEN Gallery versus the beta version (which in this particular case is virtually identical but not exactly the same).
