What’s wrong with WordPress 2.1?

Ok, sorry to say, but, this version 2.1 has all highlights but is the most bugged build i’ve ever got! Not even WPMU was that bugged!
Date formats don’t take effect, ultra-slow file uploads, theme functions not documented, other functions not working and there we go in a lot of problems.
What happened? From the best personal website content manager become just anoter script!
Also, this forum, we find all support for 2.0 version, all searchs return things with almost 2 years old!
We need to filter that!
