My child these is broken !!

    I have used child theme for twenty twelve theme as the following comment in my style.css looks like:

    /*
    Theme Name: W3Arabic
    Description: This theme was designed for W3ARABIC institute for free online programming languages courses.
    Theme URI: http://www.w3arabiconline.com/wp-content/themes/W3ARABIC
    Template: Twentytwelve
    Author: Ayman Mosully
    Version: 1.0
    */

    when I used import function in the style sheet file, I did not see my theme in Appearance setting just this message:

    @import url(‘../twentytwelve/style.css’);

    Broken Themes

    The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
    Name Description
    W3Arabic The parent theme is missing. Please install the “Twentytwelve” parent theme.

    It is working in my localhost but when I have sent it via FTP, I that problem happened to me.

    Could you help me?
