Have you tried going to your site via FTP?
You should be able to remove the file that way.

If that link is coming from your site, you may need to scan your content and see where it’s coming from.
I would first deactivate all of your plugins and see if one of them is the culprit.
Perhaps if you share a link to your site, we can help you look into it, but without it it’s hard to know where that link is coming from.

If you look at your theme and look at the header.php
I think that the link is in there just below the </head>
I would recommend that you edit that file, but you should also change all of your password.
That link may have been there from the very beginning or someone may have hacked your site.

I would download your theme and scan it.
I’m guessing that your site was hacked and that code is in there somewhere.
we are facing the same problem. We see the genericstts…. file in the theme but are unable to find the way to remove the source (which has stupid message saying (“we are ..shirts to launch the website”).
Please help and thanks in advance
