Style specific sibling lists

    I’m trying to have a sibling list display horizontally with specific styling. I’ve found some solutions which let me change the way ALL sibling lists are styled, but I only want to style specific ones.

    Essentially, I want to have the sibling list displayed horizontally with underlines and a blue color.

    I’m mediocre at CSS, with no experience in PHP, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
