    HI,

    We apologize for delays.

    We missed sending you an email that the problem is not with the Plugin but with the site itself.

    Your host has either switched off Port 25/587 or completely disabled the Mail Function.

    Please ask them to enable it.

    Once the Ports are open are mail functions are completely unblocked then mails from Contact Bank would work fine.
