Header Size

Line 524 in the style.css is this:

#cir-site-header {
	padding: 2em 0;
}

That puts a padding on the top and bottom of the top header area which you can reduce if you need to, but other than that, there is no fixed height to the header and will depend on what is in there, ie: logo
