Same Problem & more:
HTTP Error and empty pages by ‘next page’ or higher then ‘1’
Upload Message:
Upload complete / 0 images were uploaded
I just downloaded and installed WordPress today, clean install, clean database, no issues. I installed the NextGEN gallery automatically through WordPress. Same exact issue as original post above.
I can create a Gallery and Album separately but if I try to upload photos (JPG) the progress bar counts up and then says Upload Complete, 0 Photos Uploaded. A little yellow warning sign shows up and the ALT Text reads HTTP Error.
When I hover over the image before or during uploading it says Using Runtime: html5
@jidy – Have you checked for plugin conflicts? Can you provide a link to your site so we can at least look at its page source?

I tried an older version than the last.
I tried the 2.0 version and it works.
So I think that your last version is not stable.
I hope you will fix it, but now I m using an old version.

Hi,
Now I am an other problem.
I can upload folder but I can not upload files…in “Upload Gallery/images”
“You browser doesn’t have Flash, Silverlight, HTML5, or HTML4 support.”
I installed Flash plugin and Silverlight … but nothing changed !
Do you have an idea to help me please ?

@jidy – Have you tried using something other than the “Default” WordPress Permalinks? I would suggest changing to “Post name” or “Month name” as better alternatives.
You might also look at updating to the latest stable release (2.0.66.16) which should also take care of this issue as well.
