Registering Twitter Bootstrap Navigation

This is going to be a really stupid question, but I was following this tutorial and after I copied the code into my functions.php and header.php file my theme was having issues. I couldn’t login to the admin page, it was only a blank white page. I changed the theme in My PHP Admin and got back in. When I activated my theme I was still having problems.

I was looking through the tutuorial and noticed they called it “wpt.” I’m suppose replace this with my theme name right?
