Downloading a file I receive this error:

Could it be related to your PHP configuration or usage of W3 Total Cache? For example here a similar problem is described: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/unknown-cannot-use-output-buffering-in-output-buffering-display-handlers-in-unk?replies=8

Can’t remember if 4 months ago I had W3 Total Cache plugin active… Could be though.
