Apologies for the delay in my reply. I replied yesterday but for some reason my response doesn’t appear to have been posted!
The scrollbar is actually just a standard browser scrollbar and so how it’s styled will depend on the browser that you’re viewing your site in. Browser scrollbars aren’t able to styled reliably unfortunately, but you can remove the scrollbar completely by just not setting a height on the feed. If you remove the height on the plugin’s Settings page then it should remove the scrollbar for you.
