a beginner needing web building help

    I’m trying to build a website and don’t understand….I only have an option of save & publish. I don’t want to publish it yet…What can I do?
    What’s the best web template you recommend for an extreme beginner like me that allows me to add video and ecommerce /buy now options to my site?
    Any help is very much appreciated.
