Permalink redirect

I am using WP2.0.7. My blog and wordpress are installed on http://www.domain.com/blog/.

Now, I want to move my blog to root directory by following the instruction on http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory

Question:
How do I redirect all OLD permalinks to NEW permalinks?
(Example: redirect http://www.domain.com/blog/blahblah/ to http://www.domain.com/blahblah/)
