Video from wordpress.com site

I have my selfhosted blog with wordpress. In addition I use 13GB space at wordpress.com while using premium upgrade. On my selfhosted blog I want to embed the videos stored at the wordpress.com space. I can do it. However, when a user opens that page/post, a big “play button” appears at the centre, and through out the movie show, it never disappears.
How to remove the button?
Because I run a selfhosted blog, I am asking this question in wordpress.org support forum.
