Increasing middle column/container width on custom theme?

    Hello –

    I am trying to increase the width of the middle container/column across my website so I can include more content, but am having trouble. I have tried increasing some width options in the editor, but to no avail.

    It is currently only allowing 500px, but I need it to be at 800px. The only minor success I did have was to increase the width of the container, but the text wasn’t wrapped (appeared the same as prior to the lengthening), and the overall alignment was a bit off. I’m not sure if there is a simple setting I’m missing…any assistance would be much appreciated!
