Hi,

Is there anyway to resize the size of the featured ticker on the front page? I want it to be a little smaller.

Hi,
it really looks BIG 😉 but IMHO because you choose full width look (1285px in your case) for your main page.
OK, that’s your website – if you want to change it, needs some PhP modifications, Alex explained it in http://wordpress.org/support/topic/remove-default-empty-featured-image?replies=2 (second part of his post).
