CATCHA file change warninigs

    Hi,

    My security plugin keeps sending messages that a file was added or deleted when there hasn’t been any activity on the page. For example, it will identify a text file that has a name consisting or ten numbers and located in wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_captcha/. Is this normal?
