Remove "Day" from monthly view title

    Currently:

    Month View:
    <span class=”fc-header-title awp”><h2>1 July 2014</h2></span>

    Week View:
    <span class=”fc-header-title awp”><h2>Jul 20 — 26 2014</h2></span>

    Day View:
    <span class=”fc-header-title awp”><h2>Thursday, Jul 24, 2014</h2></span>

    How can I remove the day of the month from the monthly view title so it just says month and year? Ex:

    <span class=”fc-header-title awp”><h2>July 2014</h2></span>
