Hi,
thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
Most likely, something went wrong with the access capabilities here, so that those will need to be restored. For that, please try the instructions in this post: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/troubles-with-tablepress-rights?replies=4#post-5585107

Thanks for the quick response.
I didn’t understand the inheritance chain in the WordPress installation and that some configuration had to happen at the network level vs. the website level.
An error I did find–as a side note–on my first attempt at constructing a table I used a CSV file to construct a “bullet” table (fields are either bulleted or not). I attempted this as a simple comma-delimited file, then as a comma and quote delimited file. Both failed. I then tried a unicode & #8226; which also failed. I then tried importing as an xls saved from LibreOffice, which worked just fine.
Thanks again
Hi Rob,
good to hear that you can access TablePress now!
About those CSV import issues:
That sounds strange. The CSV importer is usually pretty good in recognizing the comma as a separator.
Could you maybe upload the CSV file that is not working for you, so that I can take a look at it?

Tobias
