Issue: Can't Ping to Google Bing etc

I posted new post yesterday and it did not ping google bing etc.

I cant find the updated sitemap for my website (http://latestlyrics.in)in google webmaster tool

Question: How to drive the plugin to ping google and bing about changes in the sitemap?

Besides the complaints from numerous experts, GWT does accept the new version of the sitemaps of my blog and there is no loss in indexed pages!
