How to Reset Roles to Default

Hi,
I’ve got a huge problem where my users on any role besides admin cannot view my site at all. It’s just a blank white screen. This was caused by the Adminimizer plugin somehow. I’m trying to reset my user roles back to default using User Role Editor, but I don’t see the Reset button anymore. Is the Reset button in a different location now?
