Missing upgrade instruction: replace your bookmarklet!

My upgrade from 2.0.6 to 2.1 was relatively painless, but the first time I tried to post from Safari using the old bookmarklet, it took me to an empty Edit page rather than a prefilled Write page. The solution was to delete the old bookmarklet and install the new version from the Write page. The Upgrade instructions should be amended to include this step.
