I installed the plugin and put a username in. When I change the username it doesn’t change the images, and continues displaying the images of the previous user. Moreover, I tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling, and putting in the right username, and it still somehow remembers the old one. Are you aware of this? Is it fixable?

Hi Nevosegal, the badge caches badge details and refreshes at regular intervals of 4 hours. If you want to force a refresh just add ?fullrefresh=true to a page url where your badge is getting displayed.

    E.g. http://www.mysite.com/page1?fullrefresh=true

    Hey skipser,
Thanks for that! it works! Is it possible to change the interval length? lets say to 1 hour instead of 4?

You might not want to do that. Refreshing consumes resources at your server side and could slow down your average site performance. Furthermore, is your pinterest profile really going to be updated every hour with a new pin?
Unfortunately, the interval setting is hardcoded inside the plugin files. So unless you know coding and to fix php issues, I would advice sticking to it. If not, please feel free to modify pinterestbadgehelper.php file in the plugins folder of your wordpress installation directory.
