Replacing Tagline – HTML needed

Hi –

I need to replace the Tagline with some contact details that require HTML.

Is there a way to do this without digging in to functions?

If I have to rewrite a function, I guess I’m looking at adding class-header-header_main.php to a Child Theme, then adding function tc_tagline_display() to that php file.

But I don’t see function tc_tagline_display() checking to see if it exists already (e.g. in the Child Theme), so will the above work?
