Missing Visual/Code Tabs in “Write” pages

    When trying to write a new post or create a new page, there are no tabs for Visual or Code menus. The Code buttons appear, and I can’t change back to the Visual side. This is from a clean install of 2.1, installing from 2.0.7 to 2.1 does not create this problem for me. Any ideas? Thanks!
