New comments notifications from different emails

Hello,

I have WpMandrill setup in my site and it works very well. But for some reason the comments notifications email are sent using wordpress@mysite.com while every other emails are sent using the email I have put in the wpmandrill settings page.

¿Can anyone help me in making these emails to be sent from the right email?
