2.2.1 Styles missing

Since 2.2.1 update, our clients maintenance modes has been broken. Seems that all style sheets are gone or something.

I have disabled/enabled the plugin which did reset the settings but still the same.

Seems that “Better WordPress Minify” plugin conflicts with Maintenance plugin.
