moving navigation bar

Trying to move the navigation bar under the header image.

I went to header.php and tried to move the navigation code under header image code and it doesn’t work. The website just gets completely messed up.

P.S. I’ll be asking a lot of questions because i really have no idea what i am doing. Trial and error is what i have been doing.
