Values not saving

    Hello,

    I am using version 1.1.6 of UserMetaPro. I have WordPress 3.9.1. I know this question has been asked many times on your forum, but I have tried all the suggestions there and still have found no answer.

    My issue is that I can not save/delete/alter any forms – whenever I do, I receive a ‘0’ and the forms do not save. I have probably 15 forms in total and a total of c.150 fields in total.

    I have tried:

    – deleting cookies/cache
    – updating/rolling back plugin to different version
    – increasing values in php.ini (I currently have max_input_vars = 100000, post_max_size = 500M, memory_limit = 512M, max_execution_time = 300, upload_max_filesize = 99M)
    – deactivated all other plugins (UserMetaPro is the only active plugin)

    Do you have any other suggestions?

    OK this is interested. The free version of your software (v1.1.6) allows me to save. When I update to the Pro version (v1.1.6rc3), I get the same problems of not being able to save.

    Any ideas?

    I’m sorry but these forums do not support commercial products. Only the free plugins downloaded from http://wordpress.org/plugins/. Please contact the plugin’s vendor directly with any questions about commercial products.

    Sorry, I’m aware of that – his website is down and can see no other way to contact him. Will not post again until I hear a reply from plugin author.
