Not sure if I understand your request as there is no approve? Can you be a little more specific.
Every listing is handled like a post as in publish/draft. Once published the listing is good to go. But perhaps I’ve misunderstood your request.

Actually since you can see my request I will go ahead and ask, when a user (aka: agent) ads a listing the admin has to approve it, I would like to make it so I do not have to approve it

Actually you are using another plugin and not Easy Property Listings, I’m sure you could allow for immediate approval, its good to have for security to prevent spam etc.

It is one of three plugins I am using, the other two are an Image Widget and Theme My Login…..
You possibly have another real estate plugin installed. The test login you supplied shows me a Real Estate option, but this is coming from another real estate fs-plugin as we don’t have an approve option.
However what are you attempting to do with it? Let me know so we can improve the plugin.

I am trying to get away from the Firestorm Real Estate Plugin as it is no longer supported, so I am developing the site in a folder for now… I do have a test user for both websites, I see how that could get mixed up, sorry, just go to http://dogfriendlyrental.com/national/

I just want to automatically approve the listings, I do not want to manually approve each listing…
doh! That did it, I’m in the right sub site now and understand what you are trying to do. Leave this with me and i’ll get back to you with a fix or update. Thanks very much for your feedback and comment too.

No problem mamammm,
If you set these users to Author they will be able to publish posts without approval which keeps in line with WordPress Default roles.
Each listing type behaves like a standard WordPress post.

Authors can
edit_published_posts
upload_files
publish_posts
delete_published_posts
Contributors Can
edit_posts
delete_posts
Setting these approved real estate agents to Authors will allow them access to publish post which do not require approval.
