Function works, under CRON not

    Hi, I am having a problem with CRON. I have a function which works when tested separately, but when it is run under CRON, it’s not working. Actually the CRON is set right, as you can see in the code and also in the WP-Crontrol plugin screen, but the function does nothing when cron runs it.
